My work weaves together DMT (Dance Movement Therapy), TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) mindfulness, embodied awareness and relational connection to help people feel more grounded, present and connected to their bodies. I help settle the nervous system. No movement or dance experience is needed - only curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body.
