A place that holds the people who hold everyone else.

Embodied support, nervous system restoration and reflective practice for therapists, health professionals and helping practitioners.

You spend your life holding space for others

You listen. You guide. You witness. You care.

The Moving Circle was created for those whose work centres on the wellbeing of others. Here you’ll find a place to pause, restore your nervous system, reconnect with your body and return to your work feeling grounded, resourced and supported.

Whether you’re navigating compassion fatigue, burnout or transition, you are welcome here.

This is a place that holds you.

When you spend your life supporting others, your own nervous system needs support too.

Many helping professionals experience:

Burnout

Difficulty receiving support

Disconnection from their body

Emotional load

Compassion fatigue

The Moving Circle creates space to restore capacity.

Meet Dianna

For more than 25 years I’ve supported people through movement, bodywork and trauma-informed practice. As a Integrative Somatic Therapist and educator. I’ve worked with practitioners, leaders and individuals navigating stress, burnout, trauma and life transitions.I believe the body holds wisdom that words alone cannot always reach.

The Moving Circle grew from a single belief: Those who spend their lives holding others deserve a place where they, too, are held.

Why movement?

Your body experiences everything your mind cannot always explain. Stress, overwhelm and emotional load don’t simply disappear - they’re carried within the nervous system.

Through movement, breath, embodied awareness and therapeutic practices, we create opportunities for the body to complete what has been held, restoring equilibrium, resilience and connection.

This is not about exercise.

It’s about coming home to yourself‍
